Jerk Off BBQ started in a family kitchen in South East London. Our passion for cooking started at home with family and is always the centre and heart of our recipes. Our dominant influences being Bajan and Jamaican due to heritage are our main influences whether it being a traditional dish or an inspired meal we showcase all the west indian foods that the british public would most probably be unfamiliar with creating a more interesting and educational food journey. At Jerk Off BBQ we take pride in the quality of life and food is life. Fresh ingredients, homemade Jerk Marinade and Chilli jam and everything else. How it was in the beginning, no shortcuts! We value flavour and taste. We use our infamous jerk drum for markets & festivals and the sizzling chargrill at our pop ups and now you can find us at our permanent site in Brockley. |
